1829 Burnette Drive, also known as the Roe residence and later the Scott residence, was originally the home of Karen Roe and her son, Lucas Scott. Over the course of the first four seasons, the house served as a central location for several characters, with Brooke Davis even moving into Lucas's old room in season two after her parents sold their house and moved to California.
By Season 5, Karen had seemingly left the house to Lucas, who resided there with his fiancée, Lindsey Strauss. After their aborted wedding, Lucas lived alone in the house until becoming engaged to Peyton Sawyer, who moved in in Season 6. Sometime after the birth of their daughter, Sawyer Scott, Lucas and Peyton sold the house and began travelling with Karen, Lily, and Andy Hargrove.
