|Details = Jacob is Brooke's younger brother who was born on Thanksgiving 1990. Once Jacob was born Brooke was excited to have a kid brother. After Jacob had turned 11 Brooke found out he was born with Attention Deficit Disorder and would have to go to a special needs school, but Brooke was against it. By Jacob's high school years Brooke tried her best to have him attend Tree Hill High which succeeded and they graduated together because Jacob skipped his junior year and was placed in his senior year early. Brooke later learned that Jacob has separation anxiety when he was separated from Rachel whilst also fearing he would never see Rachel again. On Christmas Day 2013 Brooke was apart of Jacob's wedding being the maid of honor for Rachel. Brooke has always been protective of Jacob.}}
Details: Brooke met Julian and the two became close when he came to Tree Hill in order to produce the movie version of Lucas Scott’s book "An Unkindness of Ravens". Julian was the ex-boyfriend of Peyton Sawyer, and at first it appeared that he had come to Tree Hill to win her back. However, he ended up falling for Brooke. Their relationship had many bumps in the road, the biggest being Brooke’s inability to let her guard down and say “I love you”. Julian went back to New York, causing their relationship to end until Brooke flew to New York to finally tell him she loved him. Julian and Brooke came back to Tree Hill and moved in together. Julian started work on a movie with actress Alex Dupre, who set her sights on stealing Julian away from Brooke. The two grow closer, with Victoria actually looking out for Brooke’s well-being and telling Brooke that she is proud of her. However, Victoria and Millie steal money from Clothes Over Bro’s, and Brooke gets in a lot of legal trouble because of it. Victoria pleads guilty to save Brooke from going to jail, and instead goes to jail herself. She is released around Thanksgiving. Brooke decides to sell the company, and Victoria disowns her. However Victoria gives Brooke in away and later after Brooke's childbirth Victoria becomes very close to her daughter and grandsons until Ted (Victoria's husband and Brooke's father) comes back to Tree Hill. Ted return causing new fights between the mother and the daughter. Eventually Victoria and Brooke re-become close and Victoria and Ted help Brooke with Baker Man and buy for her the Tree Hill Café?

Details: Lydia is the daughter of Brooke's friends Nathan Scott and Haley James Scott and she is also the sister of Brooke's godson Jamie Scott. Brooke and Lydia may not be blood related, but Brooke cares for her just like an aunt and maybe more than Lydia's legal and blood aunts.
