The Evans beach house, also known as the Evans-James residence, was the home of Clay Evans from the beginning of season seven. It later became the residence of his girlfriend and eventual wife, Quinn James. The house was located on the beach outside Tree Hill, North Carolina.
After Clay recovered his memory in the ninth season, his son Logan Evans also moved into this home.
