The single-bedroom apartment of Keith Scott served as the character's primary residence during the first and second seasons. Located in Tree Hill, North Carolina, the apartment was often frequented by Keith's nephew, Lucas Scott, as well as Karen Roe.
While Keith briefly vacated his Tree Hill apartment to move to Charleston, South Carolina, he quickly moved back into his former residence after returning to Tree Hill at the beginning of season two upon learning of his brother Dan's heart attack. During that season, it played host to Keith and his eventual fiancée, Emily "Jules" Chambers, until their aborted wedding.
