Located in Tree Hill, North Carolina, this two-story house served as the residence of Keith Scott during the third season. During that time, he became engaged to his longtime love interest, Karen Roe, and spent much of his time at her home.
In the previous two seasons, he had lived in an apartment located elsewhere in the city. After his aborted wedding to Emily "Jules" Chambers, he left town and moved away to see if he could build a new relationship with her. Upon realizing Emily and "Jules" were not the same person, however, he ended the relationship and moved back to Tree Hill, where he took up residence in this house.
Keith resided here for only a brief period of time. As he had not lived in the house for very long, many of his belongings remained in boxes even after his death, with Karen sorting through them following his funeral.

Trivia[]
- While Keith's house only appeared in two episodes of the third season, its appearance was inconsistent, with two separate locations serving as the house's interior.
- In its first appearance, where Dan breaks in to search for what he believed was proof that Keith had tried to kill him in the dealership fire, the house was shown to feature a staircase leading to a second floor. ("The Wind That Blew My Heart Away")
- In its second appearance, where Karen can be seen packing up Keith's belongings after his death, the featured interior actually belonged to the real house used for exterior shots of her and Lucas's house. During the first season, the same interior can be seen when it was used for Karen's living room, ("Suddenly Everything Has Changed") while in the second season, the house was used for the interior of Keith's fiancée, Jules. ("Somewhere a Clock Is Ticking")
