Morgan Finley was a former student at Tree Hill High School. An unseen character, she was the captain of the Ravens cheerleaders before her graduation from the school prior to the series premiere.
During her time as cheer captain, she took on Brooke Davis as her protege, who would eventually succeed her as captain. While Morgan was noted for her beauty and popularity, she was also known for being a bully to other students. Morgan Finley was the mean girl of the series. During the main characters' freshman year of high school, Morgan and the other cheerleaders harassed Faith Banks and her friends before Lucas Scott stood up to them. While the cheerleaders left them alone after that, they turned their attention to Lucas and continued to bully him for the remainder of the school year.
After Morgan's graduation, Brooke succeeded her as captain. Unlike her predecessor, Brooke was kind to her fellow students and was beloved by her squad members.
