This multi-bedroom apartment in Tree Hill, North Carolina, served as the residence of Mouth McFadden after the four-year time jump following the season four finale.
Introduced during the fifth season, this apartment also served as the home of Skills Taylor, Junk Moretti, and Fergie Thompson. Junk and Fergie moved out and into their own place following the end of the sixth season, while Skills moved out during the seventh season due to his fight with Mouth over Lauren and his new job as a sports coordinator in Los Angeles.
Mouth's longtime girlfriend, Millie Huxtable, resided here beginning in the sixth season, though she later moved out following their breakup. She moved back in with Mouth upon rekindling their relationship. It is unknown whether Mouth and Millie still resided here after the time jump in the series finale, as it is possible they moved out after their marriage and the news they were expecting a child.
