Renee Richardson is a woman who claimed to have slept with Nathan during his first NBA season on the road, despite his marriage to Haley. Renee has twice offered Nathan, Haley and Clayton to tell the world that she is lying for substantial sums of money; both of which have been refused. She was then approached by Rachel and Dan Scott and asked to tell her side of the story on his television series. Dan then proved that she was, in fact, lying and therefore cleared Nathan's name.
Character History
Before the Series
Renee had seen Nathan before at other basketball parties. Later, she went to another party and saw him the night afterwards passed out drunk. At the same party, she fell pregnant after a one-night stand.
Season 7
Renee somehow attended Nathan Scott's son Jamie's birthday party, where she took a picture of them posing together. She then used his and a photo from the party she got pregnant as well as an ultrasound of her baby to try and blackmail the Scott's. Romantic Life
Renee had a one-night stand and fell pregnant; she either didn't know who the father was or couldn't get him to help her. This prompted her to blackmail basketball player Nathan Scott after seeing him drunk at the same party she got pregnant. She claimed they had been have an affair and even told his wife Haley that they were in love, as she did things Haley wouldn't. However, it was soon proven she was lying.
Career
- It is unknown what career Renee had but she didn't earn enough to support her child which lead to her trying to get money from the Scott family.
- It's possible that Clayton Evans was the father of her unborn child.
