The second Scott-James residence, also known as the Scott residence, is the home of Nathan and Haley James Scott, as well as their children, Jamie and Lydia Scott.
Introduced at the beginning of the seventh season, the house also served as a temporary residence for other characters, namely Quinn James following her divorce from David Fletcher, as well as Dan Scott during Nathan's kidnapping in season nine.

- The Scott-James family moves into this house sometime during the approximately one-and-a-half year time-jump between seasons six and seven. It is first seen during Jamie's seventh birthday party in the seventh season premiere, "4:30 AM (Apparently They Were Traveling Abroad)".
