4324 Ocean Boulevard, better known as the Scott beach house, was the secondary residence and vacation home of Dan and Deb Scott (née Lee).
Located on the beach outside Tree Hill, North Carolina, the house was the site of several high school parties hosted by the couple's son, Nathan Scott. During the latter half of the first season, the house served as Dan's primary residence during his and Deb's separation, though he later moved back into their primary residence after his heart attack at the beginning of the second season. After their divorce in the third season, however, Dan moved back into the beach house, where he continued to reside until his arrest at the end of season four for the murder of his brother, Keith Scott.

In its first appearance, the Scott beach house served as the location of a high school party thrown by Dan and Deb's son, Nathan Scott. During the party, Nathan antagonized his half-brother and new Tree Hill Ravens teammate, Lucas Scott, before finally playing a video recording of their father Dan and Lucas's mom, Karen Roe, at their high school prom.

- The address of the Scott beach house was shown in Dan and Deb's divorce papers in the twenty-second episode of the first season, in which it was shown as 4324 Ocean Boulevard, Tree Hill, NC 01987. The address of their primary residence was revealed in this same document, albeit in the previous episode. ("The Games That Play Us")
