Over the course of One Tree Hill's nine seasons, six different houses and at least two apartments have served as homes to members of the Scott family.
Houses[]
- 1829 Barnette Drive, also known as the Roe-Scott residence, was home to Karen Roe and her son, Lucas Scott. Sometime during the four-year time jump between seasons four and five, Karen left this house to Lucas.
- 4328 Country Club Boulevard, also known as the Scott-Lee residence, was the home of Dan Scott and his then wife Deb Lee, as well as their son, Nathan. It also served as a temporary residence for Lucas Scott for a brief time in season two. After their divorce, Deb became the sole resident of the house.
- The Scott beach house, originally the vacation home of Dan Scott, his ex wife Deb Lee and their son Nathan Scott was located on Tree Hill's beach. After their separation and divorce, it served as Dan's primary residence until his arrest in season four.
- Keith's house, seen only briefly during season three, was the home of Keith Scott after moving back to Tree Hill following the end of his relationship with Emily Chambers. He never fully moved into this residence, with several of his belongings remaining in boxes even after his death.
- The first Scott-James residence, first seen in season five, was the home of Nathan Scott and Haley James Scott, as well as their son, Jamie. They resided here through the end of the sixth season.
- The second Scott-James residence, first seen in season seven, served as the new home of Nathan Scott and Haley James Scott, as well as their son, Jamie. This house also served as a temporary residence for other characters, namely Haley's sister Quinn James after her divorce. In season eight, the family was joined by their newborn daughter, Lydia Scott.
Apartments[]
- 176 Oakmont Terrace, Apt. 11, which served as a central location during the series' first four seasons, was home to Nathan Scott after his emancipation from his parents in season one. After their marriage at the end of that season, this apartment also became the home of his wife, Haley James Scott.
- Keith's apartment, which appeared during the first two seasons, served as the home of Keith Scott, the older brother of Dan and the uncle of Lucas and Nathan. After his return to Tree Hill in the third season and his engagement to Karen Roe, Keith briefly moved into Karen's house until his death.
