Rachel Virginia Davis (nee Gatina) is a former student of Tree Hill High School who joined at the start of her senior year after transferring from Citadel. While at Tree Hill High, she enters a relationship with her best friend, Jacob Davis, who she's liked since she'd attended Citadel.

Rachel was born in Tree Hill, North Carolina to Mr. and Mrs. Gatina on January 17, 1988. As a kid, she was sent to Citadel because of bullying issues and there she'd met her eventual husband Jacob Davis.
